Completely satisfied with Rainbow Restoration for their efforts at remediation after burst water pipe incident during extended freezing period. Had never dealt with a situation like this and it stressful and emotional. Kelly L. helped me understand what was going on over and beyond what one could expect. Steve S and crew quickly cleaned up and dried out a considerable amount of water. Highly recommend
We had Rainbow Restoration of Lawrence clean our carpets today on the recommendation of another carpet cleaner who is no longer doing business. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service, attention to detail, and clear & upfront pricing. Also, on a side note, hey were very careful about snow on their boots in our new home.
