I had a unique veterinary need over the past several years... for my *chickens*, and Dr. Shawn was a true godsend. For the first 5 years of my chicken keeping, the only real help I had was the internet and the few books I could find on the subject... so needless to say, resources were scarce when health situations arose with my chickens. Thankfully when I had a situation that I was desperate to find anyone who would help, a friend of a friend recommended Dr. Shawn. I tried to get help from any vets in the 2-state-area and nobody was willing to see me until I found Cedar Ridge Vet Clinic. Dr. Shawn was truly an angel to help me with my chicken crop issue. I had several situations that came up over the past couple of years with which Dr. Shawn was willing to help. And then when my beloved Roo was attacked by a fox, I can't tell you how much it meant to me that I (and he) was treated with so much compassion and caring from every single staff member. You don't know how lucky you are to have this veterinary clinic available with all the caring people who work there. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are really, truly, the very best.

I personally have been using this vet for almost 5 years. My fiancé's family has been coming here even longer! The staff has always made us feel included in every decision for our dogs!

They've taken great care of our dogs, cattle, and goats over the years. Even performed emergency surgery on our dog when she was hit by a car - they dropped everything to help her, and she made it! Great prices as well.
