i had my first pet emergency with my puppy baci yesterday. i was terrified— my entire family was gone in chicago for a holiday, and i don’t drive. i had called all over zionsville to find somewhere that would take him, and no one would, until i came across these guys.i was an absolute wreck, i know it. crying, freaking out. i came a whole 45 minutes early to my appointment with my dog who was in far higher spirits than me. everyone was so kind and understanding, from the techs to the vet to the receptionist. no one condescended me, everyone understood that i was there because i loved my dog, and they loved my dog, too.baci is recovering very well, and i’m just beginning...read full review

This team is so kind and patient. Their membership rates are pretty good and the service top notch. It’s always nice to have a vet team truly listen to your concerns and make you feel heard. They took care of my pets and gave my cat dental surgery. The whole process was simple as soon as I actually read the email. And the card they sent us was so cute!!
