I've been attending this spa for the last few months. So far, I haven't had a single bad experience as a spa patron. I absolutely love the Quiet Room and the women's lounge. I love that they have everything you need to take care of yourself, including mouthwash, hair ties, contact lens cases and solution, and all kinds of other helpful hygiene solutions, should you need something or forget to bring anything. They let you sit in the quiet room before and after your service for extra relaxation and comfort so you can enjoy yourself just a little bit longer! The service selections and providers are great, staff is welcoming and friendly.

I visited the Woodhouse today for a sports massage and a deep cleanse facial. I started my day off by getting changed into a nice fluffy robe and having some relaxing time in the quiet room. The front desk person who checked me in walked me back to the dressing room, and also got my quiet area ready with some requested cinnamon tea and a warmed neck wrap, which I very much appreciated. Up first was my massage. My massage therapist was Ben. Edit: I had originally given two stars for what I believed was a poor experience for the price. Massage felt extremely repetitive to me and a few other service related things threw me off.After writing the review the owner reached out to me directly and offered a treatment free of charge with another masseuse. Which is extremely kind to do.Rebecca gave me a wonderful massage and heard why I didn’t enjoy my previous massage.
