The Pest Control Service person I'd used for years retired, so The Ladybug was referred to me by a friend. The service person from Ladybug arrived promptly and did a thorough check of my homes' exterior (garage and all four sides of the house). He recommended several treatments and services. I was particularly interested in maintaining the bait traps I already had, and he was able to accomodate that. He also encouraged me to get on a yearly plan, which I did not wish to do at this time. I got a quote following his visit with pricing on the additional treatments and services which he had recommended.
