I had a facial and the esthetician started by recommending other more expensive services to treat my skin first. It's hardly a good service when you failed to listen to the client's situations before any recommendations were given. I didn't think the facial provided worth what I paid. This is the first time I'm very dissatisfied with a service.

I had a facial and the esthetician started to recommended other more expensive services to treat my skin first. The esthetician left me the impression that she wanted to earn more money from me quickly and that I'd commit to the things she advised me about quickly. It's hardly a good service when you failed to listen to the client's situations before any recommendations were given. I didn't think the facial provided worth what I paid. This is the first time I'm very dissatisfied with a service, and this is the first time I thought I would leave a negative review so that your business would be aware of this situation. I'm unlikely returning for any other services here.
