Subject porch is a monster comprising a twenty-foot-tall, dual-pitch, cathedral roof and a two-tier vertical arrangement of screens--Euclidean nightmares all. The craftsmen at KSW&LRS brought the monster to heel in reasonable time and at a reasonable price. That's the boring part. The remarkable bit, and the impetus behind this writing, occurred almost one year later, when I called KSW&LRS about three screens that looked just the slightest bit slack in their frames. I was pleased when a carpenter was promptly dispatched to assess the situation. I was delighted, floored in fact, when KSW&LRS informed me they'd tighten the screens at no cost.Consider for a moment the exceeding rarity of a businesses that stands so steadfastly behind its work. Consider also the ease with which KSW&LRS could have ascribed the condition of my screens to ten months of Chicagoland weather. They could have, but they didn't.
