The staff is amazing. Doc Flanders team of doctors techs & assistants are the ultimate in critter care givers. They believe in animal wellness… Getting your pet taken care of to the very best with the least amount of stress . Doc is truly an animal whisper. I’d rate these guys 10stars if it were possible
They messed up my appointment time but were very generous to accommodate. Also very affordable and not trying to break your bank like a lot of other places. Staff very kind. I have only good things to say about this place.
Our Loki became very ill and saw the vet, Dr. Flanders, three times in two months. He and the staff were so kind and tried to help in so many ways. Once it was discovered that Loki had cancer. The hard decision was made. Dr. Flanders was so respectful to our buddy and walked us through the process. We were so grateful and would gladly recommend VIP. RIP Loki!!!!
