My 27 year old Trane system finally bit the dust and I called three different HVAC companies to quote a new furnace and AC. Dave (owner of North Suburban) came out to give the estimate and he was by far the best price. Went with him for the new system and he and his team were AWESOME! Called North Suburban and they came out to service very quickly. He did an awesome job at an affordable price. If you're looking for the best heating & cooling company, look no further because Dave is one of the nicest and most honest people I've ever met.

I always use Dave Holloway at North Suburban Heating and Cooling to do any work on my heat pump. He just put in a brand new Trane furnace for me and I love it! He is a hard worker and his prices are very reasonable. I recommend Dave to everybody.
