I had an appointment today with Christa and she was outstanding. She was welcoming, sweet and professional. All of the other staff I interacted with were also wonderful; they went above and beyond to accommodate a special request. All around an excellent experience at Cloud 9.

Krista Kae was fabulous! She asked a lot of questions and gave really good advice. I love the hair color and the cut is exactly what I had hoped for when coming in. She was also quick, under an hour and half for trim and color.

I went with my two daughters to have our hair cut today for the first time at Cloud 9 and all 3 of us left with such a wonderful experience and cut. Shannon did a great job with my blunt cut bob - absolutely love it. My girls had Jack and Emma and both walked away looking amazing and were happy with their hair. All the staff there were super friendly and fun. Loved the atmosphere - love my cut. Highly recommend.
