We have gone to the office for a long time. We love Dr. Davis, she is very sweet and personable. We haven't had any issues until today. My daughter had an appointment scheduled for this past Saturday. When she arrived at the office they were closed for a staff event. No problem things happen. I called to let them know the error and reschedule. The office manager was very short and took no responsibility for the error in scheduling. I have asked to be called back by Dr. Davis and was told that IF she decides to call me back nothing will change. Front office staff can and will ruin a practice.

I think I get good exams from Dr. KOONS. Have been satisfied with him. The service. Not so muchUnable to get glasses fitted at a convenient time due to lack of hours when an assistant can fit them I live out of Muncie and find their hours when they fit glasses very inconvenient

I would have given it a 5 star rating but you have to make separate appointments for each thing you need to have done; i.e. when you pick up your glasses if they need adjusting. Must make a separate appointment.Very inconvenient!
