I have been using heartland vision many years now! The ladies that work there, always greet me with a warm smile, and “hello Mr. Moser”! Very few businesses remember their customers names! I always walk away pleased with the service I receive from the entire staff! They are very helpful, and very attentive to my needs!!!! And a very big thank you to Hannah, who always helps me pick out the right frames. She’s an absolute pleasure to work with!! I wish more businesses were as warm, friendly, and helpful, as the staff at heartland vision, in Kokomo Indiana.

This place is nothing but top notch. I go in to to retrieved my prescription from my exam a few months ago. Before I say my name the staff is confirming my date of birth. If you want great service look no place else.

I love the helpful ladies there at Heartland Vision. I just picked up my new glasses. I’ve been there twice in the last week to have them adjusted and they’re always happy to do just as you need. We will continue to go here.
