Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my 19yr cat. It was one of the saddest days of my life. The doctor and the staff showed so much compassion and kindness. The doctor even hugged me. That means so much to me. They shared empathy with me. The doctor was gentle with my baby. I don't like the circumstances but I'm glad I have met these loving people. I would not have chosen another vet to share the last moments with my baby. In the future if I ever get another cat this is the only vet that I will bring her too. This place is a gift from God.

They didn't judge me for not staying, and when we picked up her body to bury, they had some feathers in a jar, feet prints, and a few days later I got a card. I appreciate the extra care and thoughtfulness - she was a sweet bird and she deserved... read full review
