Availability for a couple massage was very very limited. I answered 10 minutes of questions on the phone just to book the appointment . We arrived 10 minutes early. We had to wait for an open iPad only to answer 10 more minutes of the exact same questions. I’ve answered less questions to have surgery than to get a massage. The masseuse called us back as we were handing the iPads back to the front desk, so I know they never even reviewed it and then asked us all the exact same questions or a third time . The amount of time it took to answer all the questions was then used to cut our massage short.

I had an excellent experience scheduling my first appointment at Massage Heights,thanks to Cassie, who went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and help me schedule an appointment. I highly recommend Massage Heights for anyone looking for a rejuvenating experience, and I'm grateful to Cassie for her exceptional customer service.

A friend recommended Massage Heights to me in 2022, and I have been a faithful member since my first appointment. To be totally transparent, my masseuse was the first to ever give me a professional massage and experience is pretty limited but my experience with him and at Massage Heights is incredible- I look forward to it every month. The location at Iron Works is very clean, and very well staffed. There are a variety of professional available to help, including a team at the front that will educate you on the different option,memberships, and products available.
