A very bad experience, please don't go. To that place, they are not professionals!! Yesterday I went to cut my ends and they left me almost bald! After having my hair very beautiful, yesterday they damaged it and I told them to please do something, and they didn't know how to solve it, I had to tell them to put extensions in, they didn't even ask me for an apology, their Carolina excuse The owner only told me “it's Saturday and we have a lot of work.” She told me that she would put the extensions in but that she wasn't going to charge me anything! The owner carol is very rude and not professional at all first i called to set an appointment she haven't answer few times so i went to the instagram and Dm her after few days she answered and we set an appointment she asked me to send 200$ deposit to buy the hair and after a week and half will see me i waited more than a month she didn't even buy the hair and she said the deliver was late but i believe she didn't order it i can tell after month and half she texted she received it. i went to get it done i asked for curly hair she didn't show me the hair and started to put on right away in less that 40 min got it done and wet it with my hair and i... read full review

Do better Carol. I had my wife get her hair done by you. She will never go back. Very unprofessional and doesn’t do a good job. Stay away from this place, it’s not luxury at all.
