I have been going to this location for several years and unfortunately am updating my review from 5 stars to 2 as it has really gone downhill. It is hard to find a treadmill that actually works. Just because it turns on, doesn’t mean it’s functional. Most of the buttons are broken so you can’t adjust the speed or incline. The hand sanitizer and sanitation wipe dispensers are always empty.
I can deal with it being a little dirty but not when the doors aren't open when they're supposed to be. Once again the doors were not open, this morning for more than 2 hours AFTER scheduled time. This happens way too often so not a good place to join if you want to workout in the morning before work.
Doesn't open on time and leaves people waiting in the parking lot. Only been a member for 1 months and this happens more often then not.I'm not paying a monthly membership to sit in the parking lot during the only time I have.
