I booked with Kassi because of the connivence of location. She first came 4 minutes late to my appointment and did not even address it or apologize. I felt like the whole appointment she was rushing through my haircut. I paid and the next day I straightened my hair (she had curled it) when I noticed how choppy and uneven it was (see pictures). This was incredibly disappointing considering I paid what I usually do for my old hairdresser who is much more professional and better but unfortunately moved away. I came to Kassi with a Botched Balayage from the last person that touched my hair. When I tell you, she worked through this thick mane like nobody’s business WHILE making my hair look/feel the best it ever has - I would give 100 stars if I could. I’m so in love with my hair and when I asked her to make me blonde blonde, she delivered. ☺️☺️. The pricing was fantastic also!
