I didn't catch the name of the young man that cut my hair, but I shared with my wife that is was the best haircut I've had. He did an amazing job , very friendly and it was an all around great experience.

I've been getting my hair faded up at this location for a couple years and have always had a good experience. I also bring my S/O to this location when she wants to get a trim or something. One time a stylist cut off way more than what was requested. They made it right though and offered to try and style it a little to try and fix what had been done. They also gave her a free product and apologized.

On an impulse, I stopped by the Great Clips at Washington Shoppes because I was on the verge of going 'Edward Scissorhands' on my hair. My husband uses a different one and he's always happy, so I figured, "Why not, it's only hair. If I don't like it, I'll grow it out." I downloaded the app and was very impressed with it's accuracy. Anyway, when my time came, a young lady with multi-colored hair sat me down and asked me what I was looking for. I told her and dern if she didn't take my vague description and run with it. I'm 53, a nurse, and my grandmother was a hairstylist, so when I say this was one of the best haircuts over had IN YEARS, I'm not exaggerating one bit....read full review
