“The shop was very clean. I had drawn up a tattoo which I wanted on my arm. The tattoo includes a small sketch of my dog in water and a phrase. The sketch had some shading in it. Sergio told me he would do his best to make the tattoo match the drawing. Overall, the tattoo is what I wanted. He did great on tapering the fine lines in the lettering (although he forgot to dot the 'i'). When I questioned the lack of shadowing on my dog's face, he said it was very small and that Monte or another would be better at shadowing it but he wasn't sure he could. After a moment, he said he would try to add a bit more. I should have listened to him, as he ended up practically blackening my dog's eye. He told me that when he was originally done, he was showing me his work and not asking for feedback. He seemed hurt that I questioned it but again, it was my drawing on my arm. The appointment ended awkwardly for both of us. He didn't provide the cream I asked about and provided little aftercare instructions - I had to google it.“
