I've had a pretty good experience here! I have seen the results and whenever I have questions they answer and explain the processes and steps needed, I like that! They are also nice and professional always making sure that I'm comfortable.

I travel an hour to get to my appointments at Milan but never mind the commute because the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I'm trans and have never been made to feel othered in my time in their care. I am blond so I don't expect the same results as darker haired people but so far I am trusting the process and happy to be going back every time
