I scheduled an appointment to have Versatile Cleaning Group come in for a carpet/rug cleaning at my parents' home, and they exceeded ALL expectations. From start to finish - scheduling, to the moment they left - the service was outstanding and the professionalism was top tier. My parents over VERY satisfied with the results of their cleaning and we just wanted to say THANK YOU.
