I've been bringing my dresses and bed comforter here for about two years now and I've never had an issue. Everything has been cleaned well, but nothing to write home about. Until today! I brought my maid of honor dress in after it had been sitting in stains for two years because I had accidently forgotten about it. I thought for sure they wouldn't be able to get the old stains out. I picked it up today and it looks like new. Very impressed! Now I can make something out of the beautiful fabric to remember my sister's wedding. I've tried at least 75% of the cleaning places in Hamilton County over the past 35 years. I can assure you that Starcrest is the finest example to be found in the area. They're always extremely cordial and happy in all interactions. Their delivery service is perfect. They are wonderful about keeping you advised as to what is going on with your order and most importantly STARCREST IS THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE EVER TRIED THAT CAN PROPERLY PRESS A DRESS SHIRT. A great value when I consider the quality of the cleaning and how incredibly prompt they are in turning my laundry around and getting it back to me.
