You are correct on past service here. They always did talk to us and explain what was going on, and what needed to be done. The first time he came he did explain and he would be right back he needed to get a part. I was not here on his second trip my daughter was. And it was during the hottest week that the ac went down maybe the house was really hot. . I was surprised as to how fast he got here that was very much appreciated as I said it was during the hottest week of the summer.

We had a regular Spring air conditioning service check. Our air conditioner did not have any freon, and we needed a new air conditioner installed. Ray's Heating & Air installed a new air conditioner the next day. We were super pleased with their efficiency.
