James and his team with Carpets Unlimited are top notch! They work with you on whatever your flooring needs are from start to finish and even well after completion. The customer service provided has been excellent! They did a wonderful job on our project. Go see them for the best value in flooring. They've got you covered!
We bought carpet in 2020 and was ? % satisfied. We went back last week. Found what we wanted and paid for it. He said he is the new manager and it showed. The guys that work there are awesome and went beyond to get our carpet delivered. If we buy again we will ask a different person, not impressed with the new manager at all! The contractor was super nice and apologized for all the miscommunication. He delivered our carpet at 9:45 pm
Staff were very nice and knowledgeable about their products.I've not made a purchase yet, so I can not tell you about the installation service.But the store was very clean. I was greeted at the door.Not like these big box stores who act like they don't care if you come in or not.Had a very nice selection of carpet. Vinyl, and backslash choices
