Called shop on the 11th to schedule appointment for the 4th, showed up 2 days early and immediately they went to work. Helped cut cost where they could and did NOT cut Quality of workmanship. Maybe hard to get ahold of, but if he sets a date, you are booked!

We had a desperate need to have our refrigerator replaced and All-Brand went out of their way to help us. They replaced our refrigerator and replaced a vent/fan that was malfunctioning. They even checked the roof for worn spots and touched up some sealant at no charge, while they were on the roof working on the vent. They also let us stay on site the night before and after our repairs. You couldn't ask for a better place to take your RV for service!

Dusty was very personable and flexible when scheduling our appointment. Our stair floor slide cover broke in our Tiffin Phaeton. We had to go to Elkhart to pick up new captain chairs. Our schedule was not finalized and we had to keep calling to move our appointment. We were going to come in Friday afternoon for our repair and at the last minute we got a call from our furniture company to install our chairs. Dusty was more than willing to not only move the appointment, but he had one of his employees come in on Monday, Labor Day at 8 o’clock to fix our floor. Meeting Dusty was a whole nother experience.
