I ordered a deluxe bouquet on Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my fiancé at work. The day after I ordered, I received a phone call from a lady stating that they do not have the roses pictured, but they could use different flowers, which was no big deal. After that, she stated that I had to pay an extra $10 for a mall delivery fee. With it being so close to Valentine’s Day, I didn’t have much time to shop around and had to go with what she said. Them not having the flowers and the delivery fee did not bother me, what bothered me was the way these flowers looked. One of the best experiences when it comes to flowers and deliveries I've had. Definitely go with them if you need to send something to that special someone. Their amazing.
