I was looking for a new hairstylist after my home salon have raised prices so much. April Birmingham (the owner of UpDo Down) happen to come to my work for an order, and mentioned she is a hairstylist! She gave me her card, took time to show me photos of her work, and talked about my hair color with me and how she would personally do it if I were her client. She was warm and welcoming! I called and made an appointment. At my appointment I had the most wonderful experience in a salon, I've ever had. April was friendly and talkative. If I could give this salon 10 stars I would. Best customer experience, so understanding and helpful with helping decide on the right style you are in visioning.Love the atmosphere! Highly recommend.
Alexis has been doing my hair for years and I have never been disappointed! She is great w/what she does !! I usually get full highlights but sometimes we switch it up and I have always loved my results! I highly recommend her!!!!
