Went at 7:30 one evening with a UTI. Even though it was close to closing, they couldn’t have been nicer. Got my labs back on My Chart App just before the APRN came to see me. Prescribed a perfect medicine for me and I was out of there by 8:10 pm. Great service! Can you imagine the wait if I had gone to an ER?
Took my child in for a sprained ankle and received wonderful care- staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and even checked my child’s name and pronouns to ensure they were treated with respect! We were there for a few hours but it never felt like we had been forgotten or ignored, we got regular updates and the provider was kind and quick. Everyone spoke directly with my kid instead of talking about them to me, which is appreciated with a teenager. Emily Jo was especially helpful and sweet, and made my kid feel much better. Definitely recommend this location!
From check-in to discharge, our visit was great. I took my 3 year old in for a possible fractured hand. We were greeted at the front desk by two very nice young ladies and another receptionist, Gabby who was very kind and genuine. We were triaged by Brittney (MA) Lorre (MA/RT) both of whom were fantastic and did so well with my 3 year old toddler. We were sent out to the waiting room with complimentary books (how awesome is that!!) for not even 10 minutes and we were called back to our room by Diana (MA), who was so friendly.
