Great haircut, but unethical to push product on a 15 year old. Should be able to send my 15 year old in to get a haircut by himself and not worry that his bill will be twice as much when he leaves because the stylist pushed him into buying product that he didn't want and won't use.

I normally don’t come to Sport clips because the price of their kids cut is more then a similar place nearby but It was a shorter wait time. I Didn’t sign in online because it’s been so long since we’ve been here I didn’t know they offered that. Two girls working on a Friday afternoon, no one physically waiting when we got here. My one son got right in and we would have been the same with the other had the girl not taken a personal phone call long enough to allow the next person to come in that’s one ahead of us. Thanks for reminding me another reason why we stopped coming here!

My husband and I love this Sport Clips. We've been to many across Indy over the years and this is the one we come back to (we live in Broad Ripple). Ms. Ora is super sweet and always takes care of us. She also does a great job managing the store. The new system they implemented is great. You can check in from their app, request a specific stylist, and get updates on their availability. Around COVID-19, they've done everything they can to make it safe. Masks are obviously required, they sanitize between clients, and even have plastic barriers between their stations.
