Teresa is wonderful! I have been coming to her for the better part of a year and every time she goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. I'm so glad I started consistently scheduling massages, it is 1000% worth it.

Theresa does excellent work. I have been happy to tell her more than once how in tune she is with my body. She has a real knack for identifying from where my stress is originating and how to work it out. She a very skilled masseuse and one that I already have recommended to my friends.Working out of her home, the massage room is always clean, quiet and relaxing. I have been a therapist for 23 years and counting. My main focus is to help each client feel better in their bodies. To do that, I can use a single technique or combine many techniques during the same session. I have experience in multiple types of massage techniques as well as myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, lymphatic drainage therapy, and reflexology.
