The stylists and estheticians take great care of everyone that walks through the door. They have intense passion for what they do -- and it shows. Additionally, they are setting a standard in the salon/spa industry by making a huge environmental commitment. I love that they recycle almost all of their beauty waste (hair trimmings too!) Recently they've created their own product line which is super unique too!
What do I love about this salon? COST TRANSPARENCY! Pricing doesn't vary based on stylist (though you should always tip for their services). I knew exactly what I was going to pay for. My stylist at another salon retired so I searched for months and read reviews- people are raving about Mckinzi at MerMarchè so I booked her. She listened to what I wanted, was super easy to talk to, didn't push me to purchase products. I'll definitely be back because I found my new salon!
Really great experience here with Senna. I'm new to the area and work in Carmel. MerMarché was recommended. I don't really do anything with my hair, so I got a simple trim. Staff knows what they are doing. Cute, clean shop with easy parking and a little boutique attached. Professional and chatty and fair priced. They do all sorts of services. Will be back.
