Koontz was not the lowest estimate that I received for a project to install soffits on my front and rear porches, but they were the most detailed and I knew exactly what I was to receive. I am happy that I chose Koontz. The work was well done, the workers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. The finished project is perfect. Realtor friends, have you ever had a deal that--a couple days before closing--seems completely unsaveable, and then suddenly, out of nowhere, something happens to make everything right again? Yeah, that happened to me recently, and the "something" was Nathan Koontz and Koontz Roofing & Exterior Construction Inc. Koontz replaced the ridgeline on my roof after damage from a severe windstorm. They went out of their way to communicate clearly and get the project done quickly and efficiently. They even repaired some damage by a raccoon or other critter to the flashing around the chimney at no extra cost!
