I have yet to receive anything but excellent service here. The people are friendly and I love listening to the banter back and forth. I have had 3 vehicles into this store in Bedford Indiana and have always left completely satisfied and happy with the prices of an oil change. From full synthetic to conventional oil I cannot say enough. Thanks Lexi and John for another great visit.

Pulled right in and got quick, efficient service! Elexas and Audrey were both very knowledgeable and explained what I needed and the cost. Was done in a Jiff!! Highly recommend this business!

Had a great experience at the Bedford jiffy lube on 08.19.2024. The manager Drew helped my mom out with a bad battery she had lost the paperwork for, even went to get a replacement battery the second I showed up. Another worker, Trey, went above and beyond on his customer service skills. Not only helping me, but I could hear in his interactions with other customers. The second I walked in he made sure to make me and other customers comfortable, answer questions, and very polite conversation.
