When our sewer backed up, causing us a serious problem, I got 3 quotes to repair the line. Mr. Bill's Plumbing was the least expensive, they came the day after I accepted his quote. His workers were diligent, found out the problem and repaired the line. We could not be more pleased with their work. The problem was the AT&T telecommunications line had gone through our sewer line, causing the blockage.
We have had the chance to work with Mr Bill’s on multiple projects lately with the sale of our home and purchase of another. I cannot recommend them highly enough due to their professionalism and their willingness to talk through issues and explain options. They are fair on pricing as well. We have worked with multiple members of their team: Bill, John, Jake and Chris have all been fantastic. Michelle and Julie in the office are great too! You won’t regret using them for any of your plumbing needs.
We highly recommend Mr Bill’s Plumbing. We recently hired them to do a pretty large job at our business. The work included boring in a new water line, installing a floor drain, installing hot and cold water hookups, and installing a new hot water heater. I met with Bill and we went over the entire job. I told him my goals for the job and how we plan to use the building. Bill formulated a plan and a detailed estimate. The estimate matched the invoice at completion which made me happy.
