I love some of the techs but I had 2 nails fall off only 4 days after getting them done. Yes they replaced them for free but this tech replaced my pinky nail with the wrong size. Don't get me wrong some of the techs are amazing but this one girl I wasn't so Impressed with.

Pay attention if you use a card. I was over charged and still haven't received a refund. Stealing is a no go for me. I tipped $10.00 on a $35. 00 service and got charged $20.00 tip that I didn't agree to nor sign for.

I think the tech did a wonderful job of the foil placement on my gel nails, but I do wish the nails were rounded (filed better) because every single one is almost uneven. The main reason for my 3 stars is that I didn't feel welcomed and almost felt like she was kinda snapping at me. I look online for simple yet elegant designs and picked this place for that purpose. Maybe if I had a different tech I would've had a better experience.Services: Nail art
