The owner of the company is amazing I called after hours for some help for our hospice family member...very professional found someone came Sat am for intake and ready to go on Sunday .I highly recommend this company!Unfortunately our family member passes and the owner Jay so compassionate and understanding rare in todays business world ?
I used this service for about 3 weeks. Three out of 10 days the first 2 weeks, no one showed up. The following week the helper showed 1 1/2 hour late, claiming heavy traffic between her Marengo home and mine in Woodstock. She the sat in my driveway for almost an hour so she could punch out on her location app. I got billed for that.The work itself was not done well, Essentially they made breakfast and I paid $1200 for that. Don't use this service.
