I called him a couple weeks before my wedding day because I had gotten alterations done in Chicago and was not satisfied with the end product, but they were rushed and dismissive with me. John told me to come in the same day I called and calmed my nerves immediately. He spent so much time with me (multiple fittings) and really listened the areas I was concerned about, and went above and beyond. I felt like he was on the same page as my vision of what I wanted the dress to look like and basically saved my wedding dress! If I could give more than five stars I would. “I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I appreciate that they provide pre-labeled bags so you can easily drop off in-store, or just let them pick up from your home. I also appreciate that they drop off.Special requests to attempt to remove stains, replace buttons, etc have always gone smoothly; and if there's a problem (e.g. a stain won't come out), they acknowledge that it's there, they tried, and it wouldn't come out.Great local dry cleaner!“

I brought my wedding dress and my partner’s suit here for a cleaning months after our wedding and the woman who helped us was very chill. The service was around $150-$200 total, and was completed in less than a week. No hold fee for me to pick them up on Friday afternoon though the estimated completion time was Thursday evening. Would recommend this business to anyone!“
