“J&B did a major redecorating job at my townhome. There was wallpaper removal, repair of walls, new wallpaper installation, and repainting in several rooms. “Unfortunately, Google does not allow me to give HydroForce more than a 5 Star rating. I express the utmost appreciation for Joe Pacella and the HydroForce Team for their expertise, guidance, professionalism and above all friendliness. In my condo a fire sprinkler water line break flooded the entire unit with 2" water. Within an hour of my call that freezing evening (Jan 17th) they were on the job evacuating water and started full water remediation the very next day. Because of their fast action; no mold growth started as compared to another condo unit that had a similar freeze break and remediation didn't start for almost a week. Very impressed with the quantity of equipment they used to dry out the condo & demo of drywall & flooring. Never had gone through such an event, HydroForce was very knowledgeable and provided better explanations and communications as to what to do & industry practice better than my well-known homeowner's insurance company. “I had some water damage occur in my kitchen; Floors were ruined, drywall was ruined, and cabinets were ruined. I put in a claim with my insurance, and they sent out Carlos and Jerry.

I had the best experience with these Carlos and Jerry. They came in and looked lover all the affected area that had water damage. I thought I would be getting an estimate, but they were able to rip up the wet floors and remove the wet walls within the same day.

We did run into an issue where Serviced Master found what was presumed to be asbestos tile in the affected areas. I felt like it was the end of the world, because we know all know it's crazy expensive to get that taken care of; But Service Masters work with a 3rd party company - Bluestone Environmental, Inc, who were able to come out and confirm, that it was asbestos. and they were able to set up times and dates, and a time frame of when things could get rolling with the rest of the removal.

Carlos and Jerry were so nice, and explained everything that had to happen, down to a "T". They answered all of our questions, let us know what the next steps would be and gave us a heads-up that we would be getting notified about moving our stuff out of the house to that they could work. Carlos and Jerry set up dehumidifiers and fans to dry up all the water (over a span of 4 days). They took away all the destroyed materials, which was lovely, because it wasn't sitting in our driveway. And they sprayed the affected areas with a liquid to prevent mold from growing.

Like I said, my boyfriend and I loved the experience we had with them, and we would call upon this team, heaven forbid, we ever needed a water mitigation team again.“
