I really like this location and the Decatur one. They take good care of their customers and that's why wait times can be pretty long sometimes. They won't rush you through a MVP experience just because there is a full waiting room. I haven't managed to find a regular yet because my schedule is all over the place but I always have a good experience regardless. The only thing I'm confused about is when I check in on the app it says to go into the store and let them know I'm there. When I do they seem confused and I don't see other people do that. So I went here for the first time yesterday just because it was about the only place open on a Sunday. I wasn't sure what to expect from the reviews kinda being all over the place but thought I'd give it a shot. The only real good review I saw had mentioned a lady named Liz, so having a beard as well as needing a hair cut that I did NOT want messed up I figured she would be the one I would go with. I am very particular and once I leave will nit pick and disect what may have been missed in my mirror.
