Dr. Whiteside and his staff are professional yet so personal. I appreciate all the kindness they have shown to me and my family while providing excellent dental care. I have recommended this dental team to my family and friends and will continue to do so in the future.
Dental Care at Prairie Crossing is a second family to me. Every time I go in for check-ups, I’m met with smiling faces and people who actually care about my teeth AND myself. The customer service is absolutely professional and loving. They are thorough during cleanings, but can get you in and out pretty swiftly. I usually do my appointments on my lunch breaks and I have time to grab food on the way back to work! I 10/10 recommend this place. Dr. Whiteside is who I am accustomed to, but I’m sure the treatment for any patient seeing any dentist at Prairie Crossing is superb. ?
The entire staff of Dental Care at Prairie Crossing is THEE BEST!! I actually LIKE going to the dentist. My hygienist took the time to explain that she had never met me before, so she properly introduced herself before we started. She thoroughly explained every step she was doing the whole time. She is wonderful at her job and I actually enjoyed my visit with her b/c she was a great conversationalist. I feel bad that I forgot her name?For reference, I was there at 2:40 on Valentine’s Day. Don't get me wrong though, Dr. Whiteside is absolutely wonderful too & always takes time to listen to my concerns but his hygienist’s are fantastic!!
