Joe and his crew were amazing ! He got us on his schedule earlier than expected, followed up with any questions immediately, and the tile job looks beautiful. I would highly recommend him.

Joe and his staff were professional and clean. They were handed a tricky job in an old house and they did a great job with leveling it the best they could. They were upfront about all the risks and very professional throughout the process. They were very respectful of our environment and left everything clean. I will work with them again and will refer them to others. Thanks!

Quick summary-- C&H came out last year to do our flooring, and due to water damage discovery had to pause til this year. They allowed us to finish repairing our home and came back to finish the installation almost a year later.
The initial visits and the "final" install wasn't quite up to what we both agreed was the standard we were looking for; Monica was of great help, pleasure to communciate with, and she arranged to send out their head installer Lucas to fix things up.
