We have two furnaces, one of them went down. Had 3 companies out. If I had not contacted RHAC and spoke with Michelle, their awesome office manager, it would of been at least a 30k mistake.It was diagnosed by the technician, MJ, within 10 minutes, turned out to be a clogged drain so the pressure switch was stuck. (Yes, duh to me for not cleaning it) The 2 prior companies had predetermined I needed new everything.MJ explained it all in detail, informed me about a 20 year Carrier warranty on the heat exchange for when that goes.Not brainer to at least have them out.
We were so happy with everyone that installed our furnace and air conditioning unit. Excellent communication with Mike for the quote and scheduling. All the guys that worked at our home through out the entire project went above and beyond to do the job at a very high level. Thank you all for your detail to attention and great customer service.
I had my blower motor replaced and Mike the technician was patient, checked the outside unit to male sure everything was working properly and when asked if I should have the unit checked every year he explained to me that I should just to make sure outside coils are clean. I was impressed with him and his customer service skills. I will use Rockford heating and air in the future
