The doctor my husband and I both seen at the Rockford location on 1/10/24 was extremely kind,and caring. She was very to the point, and we were able to tell her our needs and wants and she understood and helped us get the vision results we were looking for. In the end we both ended up with Either glasses prescriptions that were perfect or contact prescriptions as needed. Pricing was on par to local shops. They have a great selection of glasses, we worked we Sherri on ordering glasses and she took her time with us allowing us to look around take are time and get what we wanted. The doctor explains things in simple terms. Sherry is the best, friendly and knowledgeable:) My daughter didn’t tell me she was out of contacts. This facility gave me 10 days worth till her new ones came in.

Jake is extremely helpful and went over and beyond with customer service. He even stayed late and didn't make me feel completely guilty for doing so. Extremely helpful and understanding of my situation.
