Len Builders is the Nordstrom of home design. We are lucky to have bought one of their beautiful homes. A restored Sears kit house originally built in 1914. They kept many of the charming original details of the home yet added modern features that blend perfectly and make the home more livable. In addition to a stunningly beautiful design and quality craftsmanship...the mechanics of the home, including a fully finished and waterproofed basement, are all upgraded and give us peace of mind that the home is solid and safe. We've used Len Builders for several projects (ranging from a gut bathroom remodel, large garage addition, interior remodeling, kitchen tile and cabinetry, to a basement dig out and waterproofing). We hired Jon and his team after kicking the tires on a home addition for several years. We met with at least 3 other GC's who were very nice but not inspiring. I could go on and on, but I think the most impressive part of the project was how Jon worked with the architect (Bill) and designer (Melissa) to create exactly what they had proposed for the amount that was quoted and in the time frame that was estimated. I felt that we were getting honest and professional advice and work throughout our project and have recommended Len Builders to multiple family and friends.
