“Since 1996, have taken clothing to this dry cleaner and more recently, utilized seamstress service. Couple of pants altered without complaint --cost or quality. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. As with everything, it's not perfect. In those couple of instances, it was inconvenient but the issues were resolved to satisfaction @no additional cost. Today, my children are customers.“

First timer, I was confused a bit by the online form for scheduling a pickup, so I called the store. It was during the holidays and the owner was out of town. Instead of telling me to wait until the next week for him to come back, they took it upon themselves to pickup my items, clean them, and return them. Was there clarity on how they were going to get paid for providing this service? Not really. But ya know what, I appreciate that they cared more about making sure I had clean sweaters and throw blankets in a timely manner. And luckily it ended up being less expensive than I expected! It was very easy to pay over the phone after the fact once the owner was back in town and figured out what was going on. 10/10 would recommend.
