Gem’s did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. We had recently moved into a house and some of the carpets had stains and obvious marks from high traffic areas. I called and Gerry came out to give us a free estimate and I was blown away at how low the cost was. Needless to say, I set an appointment and they came to my house while I was at work and got the job done plus some more. When I got home the carpets looked brand new and were mostly dry. Gerry and his team did an amazing job on our berber carpet! We had heavy traffic marks through our hallway, and they were able to remove a few stains I tried and failed at with our own carpet cleaner. I definitely recommend their services!
