“We used Village Flower Shop for our personal flowers for our wedding. We had decided to use silk floral for everything else btu still wanted it to look cohesive. Aimee was so great to work with and made our flowers look amazing and blend perfectly with the rest of the decor. The only hiccup was when they did not get delivered within the agreed upon window. I gave them a call and there was a mix up, they thought we were going to pick up. Aimee was great and got our order to us just before we had to leave for the venue.“

“I had a pickup order for between 7 - 8 pm. I received both a notification and text that the order was ready at 8:26. I showed up not even 10 min later and it told me to check in during business hours (after 10 am the next day). So now I have to go back tomorrow, I do not live near there and planned my pickup for a time I would already be near Sam's Club. I needed the items for tomorrow, this is ridiculous!! I even tried calling the store with no answer! Wonder if I can get a refund on my membership. Even if I can't, I think I will be switching to Costco.“

Let me start by saying that Linda called me just a couple of minutes after I placed my online order to let me know that she didn't have most of my arrangement in the cooler because of several completely understandable reasons. We chatted about who I ordered the arrangement for, agreed on the substitutions, agreed that she had total artistic freedom, and voila! Just about an hour later, she called me to ask if I had received the pictures of the finished product via text and I couldn't be happier! It is absolutely stunning!
