PCB was excellent! Great communication and such customer service!! All of the team members that I spoke with were very professional and pleasant. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. They did the work in a short period of time. I believe that insulation removal and installation is a messy business. PCB did such a good job cleaning up I am very impressed. I don't know how effective it will be yet since they just did it yesterday. I look forward to a healthier and temperature controlled environment in the future. Thank you PCB.

I had a great experience with PBC insulators. The sales person Cole was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience. Cole was able to give us a quote within 10 minutes of inspecting our attic. PBC insulators sent their crew out within two days and insulated my entire attic in six hours. We are extremely happy with their thorough work. The team was very professional and mindful to take care of our old and unique house. Both of the technicians were also extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this company to any homeowners in the Peoria area who are looking to save on energy costs with the expected increase in rates.
