Great service. The professional checking by Sarah ($95) felt like a relaxing 20-minute scalp massage. I needed an oil treatment, which only took about five minutes to apply, then I kept shower cap on my head for at least an hour ($25). Bought a metal comb for $15. Bug-free, woohoo! Staff were also courteously checking and treating a whole family of four while I was there. I'm glad I took decisive action to have these experts nip any issue in the bud, and give me some helpful tips as well.
Our school had a pretty bad breakout, so I was on high alert to check my kiddos hair. About a few days into being on edge, I noticed my daughter had a blood spot on her scalp, but still couldn't find any bugs on my own - without hesitation we brought her in and had the entire family checked.
My daughter ended up having nits and with her blonde and fine hair, made them almost impossible to find. There is absolutely no way (even being on alert) I would have caught it this early on if it wasn't for them.
So grateful for their knowledge and tips/tricks. Can be a bit of a skin crawling experience but they made it so easy!
Just got myself and my two kids checked, with one kid getting treated. Rovena did a great job. She was thorough, quick, and even though it was at the end of what sounded like a long day, exceptionally friendly. I hope I never need these services again, but I will definitely be coming back here if I do.
