My new review: the new management is not good at all!! The no chip polish they use on hands chip after 3 days. The customer service has went down in this place.

Yeah, so these people here will try to bully you into something you do not want. They have styles they cannot do, people who refuse to do what you are asking them to do, and while they are efficient, they are not as good as Happy Nail on Manhiem. This location seems to cater to its "surroundings" and only does mediocre nail design. Don't go here expecting to get anything complicated.
Will not be returning and will not recommend, unless you want something VERY basic.

Specialties: My daughter and I went for my birthday and mothers day. I got a manicure she got a manicure and pedicure for under 50. However they were more concerned about getting us in and out then taking care of me and my daughter. They finished her completely before applying polish to me and said, you need to pay before we can apply polish. It was weird they were more concerned about receiving money than taking care of thier customers. Not to mention my 4 year old daughter wanted different nail colors to look like a rainbow. I was charged 1 dollar more per color, and they didn't even care enough to listen to me when I told them what order to put the colors on her... read full review
